Thanks Karen and Chillie for a fabulous session at the weekend! Loved the friendly welcome and being so well looked after by Karen as she wrapped us up for contour light therapy. The lymphatic drainage massage therapy via the 'phat' suit was awesome even cranked up to Level 7! Just a heads up to others - don't try to book HOCATT immediately after Contour Light because of the different feast/fast requirements. We were originally booked in for this (despite asking specifically if there was any conflict) and told it was ok but was thankfully vetoed by Chillie who had concerns. Instead, we finished off with the infrared sauna which was the first time either of us could actually breathe in a sauna. Highly recommended - we definitely could feel the detoxification. Thanks so much ladies!!

This is my second time at Beyond Rest, and this time I came with my husband. The service was absolutely superb! Hazel, as always, welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. The treatment itself was excellent,using advanced high quality equipment that was clearly well maintained and hygienic. I felt amazing afterward,completely relaxed, yet fresh and re-energized. Definitely recommending this place to my family and friends!

An amazing experience. The staff are lovely, they take their time to introduce you to it and give many relaxation tips for your journey too. You have your own float capsule room, with a shower, bench, toiletries and towels/gown all provided. Lights are controlled by by program you have chosen to set but can be manually turned on/off too while inside. There's also a water spray bottle hanging inside and by the shower too, should you get salt in your eyes. With the 40% Epsom salts, you really do effortlessly float, fall asleep like on a bed of water. You can choose to have music or guided meditation for various adjustable periods of time or just silence while in the pod. Pod can be left open too if uncomfortable inside. My first time took my body about 35 minutes to adjust and get comfortable floating in my body's natural position, and then, be fully relaxed and comfortable, then it was truly heavenly blissful relaxation experience. Also, being 6'5" it was amazing to be in a private water space where I could fully stretch out comfortably. After your float session and shower, you're free to unwind and shift back into reality, relaxing in the lounge room with herbal tea's and water at your disposal and some reading materials too. Highly recommended you go atleast twice to get a real feel for it's benefits. Very affordable too.

Great experience. Relaxed environment, friendly and informative staff. Definitely the place to distress. I did 16 sessions lost 24 cm of abdomen using body Contouring red light therapy at Beyond Rest wellness center. I still exercised under my normal routine 4 - 5 days a week and also loved the sauna after the light. It's now 2 months on and i have not put the stomach chub back on! Love it and such a relaxing atmosphere to shake off the daily life stresses.

I had an incredible experience at Beyond Rest Wellness Spa located in East Perth. I tried the IR (infrared) Sauna and the Float Therapy. The sessions helped me relax. I could feel the therapeutic heeling. Chellie and Paul were extremely professional and friendly. I was well-guided by Paul for both the therapies. I would highly recommend this spa for its pristine cleanliness, soothing ambience and courteous staffs. Cheers!

Today was my first time at beyond rest and wellness and I loved it. My friend and I had a lovely welcome from staff and a full tour of the spa with explanations of all the different treatments. My favourite part of the experience was that my friend and I could do floats at the same time and then chill out in the relaxation space with tea and chat. There was no pressure to leave. It was the perfect way to catch up with a friend and relax. I will happily go back again.

Had the most blissful experience at the red light sauna float spa today! The session left me feeling completely renewed—pure serenity from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made it all the more special. A huge thank you to Honey and Chilli for looking after me so well. You both made the experience unforgettable. 💆🏽‍♀️✨🌿

Paul briefed me before my first float. I had read about some experiences before trying the first float, so I knew what I was seeking out of it. My first experience was pretty amazing and somewhat spiritual. The pods they have at Beyond Rest are the world's largest. The facilities are top-notch and the venue is very calming. This was a great WELLNESS CENTRE FLOAT TANK experience. I am looking forward to trying the new HOCATT Ozone Therapy, Compression Boots and Masano soon.

As a mature 60+ woman I have been very impressed with my first time Hocatt experience. The professional and caring staff gave me the feeling of being comfortable and welcomed. The session was fully explained. After the session I felt relaxed and rejuvinated. I feel happy as part of my self care to complete the 10 sessions recommended.
